TRUDY AND THE ROMANCE SANDMAN

Fresh from their tour with The Big Moon, Trudy and the Romance have revealed a brand new cut in the shape of 'Sandman'. The rampaging, slacker-rock track sees the Liverpool three carving out their own path as we head towards the end of 2016, with nods back to the brilliant blues tones of The Libertines. Described by the band themselves as "Mutant 50's Pop", it's a rowdy and punked-up outing centred around wonderfully wailing vocals and woozy guitar work, all creating the increasingly raucous record. Alongside the likes of Eat Fast and Bad Nerves, Trudy and the Romance are filling a gloriously scuzzy gap in the UK music scene; our love affair continues. -G.O'B
