On new single ‘Nothing To Lose’, the twenty-year-old upstarter leans into those jazzy beats and groovey bassline with her undeniably beautiful voice which maintains a smokey strength throughout the track. It’s so easy to be carried away on the head-bopping rhythms and vibey production of the track, which supports the songwriters ethos of “being honest about who you are and accepting it and being happy with that.” We love the energy that Zola Courtney brings to the table here; it’s like a dose of later-summer sunshine. - Hannah Thacker
