Australian three-piece daste (Callum MacDonald, Braxton Tahi & Tyler Harden) met as session musicians in 2017, but with the release of their psychedelic debut single ‘Thinkin Of’ it’s clear this trio were destined for more. As MacDonald said “the three of us had an instant connection in our first session, understanding the strengths we had as a group and our common work process of attention to detail, we knew we’d created something special” which is absolutley the case on this lo-fi groove. With the song’s catchy melody daste have definitely left curious for what they have next.
