Buck Meek has revealed a new single entitled 'Cannonball!'. The singer-songwriter, best known for his longtime collaboration with Adrianne Lenker (go and listen to her stunning 2014 solo record), as the guitarist in her ever-rising Big Thief project, effortlessly brings together country, blues and brilliantly ramshackle Americana to form this flawless new outing, which will appear on his newly announced self-titled debut album-proper, due 18 May via Keeled Scales. With his uniquely brilliant guitar chops and gently howling country vocal, Meek is one for the purists, and this offering signals a real gem of a full-length to come.
