We've been more than a little enamoured with Ardyn since they appeared with 'Universe' at the back end of 2015. The UK brother-sister duo - Rob and Katy Pearson - have now followed-up their impressive debut EP of the same name with 'Over The River', a track which comes via taste-making London indie Aesop, who brought us SOHN and TĀLĀ. It's yet another assured, atmospheric alt. pop outing from the pair that builds out of its hushed, gently haunting piano beginnings through a typically infectious, crying vocal melody and into something of a climax, centred around heart-beating drums and increasingly emotive backing vocals. Ardyn continue to show-off their huge potential; expect to see a whole lot more from these talented siblings. -G.O'B
