The Most Radicalist favourites Dama Scout have just dropped the video to their banging new single ‘Toothache’. Released via Hand In Hive Records, it’s probably the freakiest thing we’ve seen so far this year – with distorted, vintage images making all your dentist-related nightmares come true. Speaking about the video, Dama Scout say "We have developed a through line where each of our videos will call back to the previous one, fragments here and there that build a sense of something phantasmagorical. In the video for ‘Toothache’ we took this further, solely experimenting with recycled footage. The result is something like a discarded VHS of weird late-night TV”. This is definitely the strangest visual we’ve seen from the band, but it seems to be doing the trick – the band performed a headline show at The Waiting Room last night and have been tipped by BBC Introducing, NTS and Amazing Radio.
