New Jersey talent Maria Lynn is back with a pop banger. It’s called ‘Petty’, and it’s the follow up single to ‘Summer’s Gone’ which she dropped just a month ago.  As we’ve come to expect from the 21-year-old singer-songwriter, ‘Petty’ combines classic pop verses with some heavy electronic choruses – this time with bassy synth stabs bringing real weight to the track. Lyrically it’s honest, direct and youthful – not dissimilar to the brilliant Growing Pains EP which L Devine dropped late last year.  We can’t wait to see what Lynn comes up with next. -HM
