It’s not everyday that two legends come together but T3 of Slum Village and Musiq Soulchild have happily done so to create ‘Once Upon a Time’ as TraSoul 98. Production on this track is handled by London’s own Jake Milliner and he manages to create the signature soulful sound that both these artists are so renowned for. Both artists reminisce with lines detailing how love made them feel ‘Once Upon A Time’, with T3 delivering the line 'now we sitting in our minds like we’re levitating' and Musiq singing 'but in any case, how about we start over?'. This track shows what can happen when two artists of the highest calibre come together, and we hope we can get a full TraSoul 98 project after such an enticing taste of what it could be. – Christian St. Croix
