Either way, the results are flawless. 'Been So Long' invites you into Edge's realm, as sliding guitars glide their way over gentle percussion, vibey synth parts and Edge's smooth and quirky vocals. There's a retro feel about the track, which comes as no surprise having cited John Lennon, George Harrison, David Bowie, Al Green, Air, and Lou Reed as influences.
