Everyone knows Brighton is as creatively important as London - if not more so - when it comes to nurturing new bands, but it's still pretty impressive to have two artists from the city featured on this blog today alone. Yep, Kudu Blue follow elegiac electronic outfit Phoria onto these pages with only their second ever high-impact track, 'Fallin' Away'. Following their magnificent debut 'Bones' was never going to be an easy feat - perhaps that's why we've had an eight month wait - but Kudu Blue are well up to the challenge, with 'Fallin' Away' providing even more R&B-inflected pop thrills in its wobbly beat, chilled synth riffs and pitch-perfect vocal hooks.
