Berlin and Brighton duo IYES are probably the most prolific pop band in Europe right now. Their forthcoming EP, Part Two, comes hot on the heels of, you guessed it, Part One, which was out just a couple of weeks ago. The striking thing about all of this, though, is the sheer quality of the material that's being turned out at this quick tempo. We've had ballads and bangers in equal measure, all skewered by that idiosyncratic IYES style: luxe synths, dreamy harmonies and an eye for a smooth hook. New cut 'Gone' carries all those trademarks and more, with a refined, tropical house groove coming to the fore in a big way.
