It with pleasure we announce that the London (via Stockholm/ Tuscany/ Cambridge/ Malmö/ Brisbane) band Yassassin return with a caustically non-conformist anthem: ‘Pretty Face’. Like its colourfully chaotic predecessor ‘Social Politics’, ‘Pretty Face’ uses raucous, grungey instrumentation and in-your-face down-to-earth lyrics to express this band’s defiant agenda – in this case burning down the enduring edifice of sexual harassment and body shaming. Put simply, Yassassin state that “What we’re basically trying to say is that if you don't have anything nice to say or do, then just don’t bother because you’re not helping to make the world any better.
