Sound engineer, producer and musician William Carkeet shares news of a forthcoming EP with the beautifully ominous ‘organ 3’. Having moved to Margate in recent years, the forthcoming EP is a collection of compositions recorded in an empty Primark building on the high street there. Deep, rich and more than a little unnerving, the transportive work takes you to the heart Carkeet’s creativity. With the atmosphere playing as much of a part in the listening experience as the music itself, ‘organ 3’ is immersive and uncompromising in its vision.
