There's nothing quite like a band who approach each and every facet of their growth with all the gentleness and care of carrying a slow-burning candle through a thunderstorm; New York's Wet have protected their art and taken things at their own pace from the very start. On 29th January, they'll release their debut full-length, Don't You, via major label, Columbia, but it's been a long road of singles, EPs and intimate live shows leading up to this point, and they've always remained true to their smoky, downtempo pop roots. 'Losing All We Knew', the B-side to latest release 'Weak', is typical Wet, with Kelly's glassy tones on top form, layered over gently strummed guitars and unfussy beat patterns.
