Being long term fans of her ethnomusicology show on East London radio station NTS, we're happy to report that the hugely cultured producer Throwing Shade is releasing her second EP House of Silk on 4th March via Ninja Tune. An expert on world music, she has collected sounds from around the globe and pushed them through a London lens with lead single 'Fear of Silence'. A resonating blend of tapping high hats, hypnotic sequences and spiralling samples, her work is both considered and informed.
