Freshly selected as a Green Man rising finalist (which is a often tell-tale sign of greatness), talented newcomer Tenderness makes a delicate and memorable debut with 'Saturday Morning'. Produced in South London alongside Euan Hinshelwood (Cate Le Bon, Younghusband et al), 'Saturday Morning' is a confidently slow-moving piece of accomplished songwriting. Laid bare atop of a floaty synth drone and and tasteful slide-guitar, Tenderness' dusky vocal style is nothing short of breathtaking. One of those songs that feels so pure of heart it almost wrote itself, it's a vulnerable outpouring of emotion that washes over its listeners like gentle waves against the sand. Described by the artist as 'a love song with a lil’ side eye', the accompanying lyric video lets you in a little a deeper.
