Nashville DIY stalwarts Snooper return with their propulsive new single 'Worldwide'. The new track is the lead single from their forthcoming album Worldwide and an exciting a step forward for the outfit, who are tapping into their unabashed punk roots with a rhythmic spin. A dense layer of muddled guitar forms the backdrop of the track, propelling the quick energy of fast-paced dance beats. It combines the ferocity of their live shows - much like their 2023 debut LP Super Snõõper - but leans into an experimental direction shaped by co-founders Blair Tramel and Connor Cummins, one that's heavily inspired by the incorporation of a drum machine. "The whole idea behind this record was experimentation and change," Cummins says, and if 'Worldwide' is any indicator, Snooper are heading down a road of newfound confidence and a sonic elasticity that feels boundless. -Kayla Sandiford
