‘Xtian Skate Night’ is the new track from Manchester indie-rock artist Run Remedy. It’s a delicate, haunting track that leans into experimental textures and drifts between slow, atmospheric verses and a big, punchy indie-rock chorus. Her voice is at its finest here, as she creates an autobiographical soundtrack to her own youth. “This song tells the story of that night at the roller rink when I was 13 and knew I was in big trouble,” she explains. “It’s also an homage to the classic rock bangers I grew up listening to on the radio in New Jersey - Bruce Springsteen, Journey,  Whitney Houston and features a blend of spoken stories from close friends sharing their ‘identity realisation’ moments too - woven together into a tapestry of sound at the end.” This track is the title track from the upcoming Run Remedy album, which drops on June 20th, 2025. -Dan Peeke
