Latir has dropped ‘Carousel’, his latest self-produced single. It’s a nostalgic tune that takes his avant-garde R&B style to the next level by pairing his inimitable voice and poetic lyrics with reverb-soaked piano lines and sweeping strings. For the track, Latir has collaborated with Olivia Nelson and Tokio Myers, who he has previously written for. “For those feeling helplessly in love, for those who have felt this feeling, and for those who are yet to fall… I hope this song aids your eventual, transcendental moments,” he says.
