Kooky LA outfit Kamikaze Palm Tree hurtle closer to the release of their sophomore album Mint Chip with their wonky new single 'Predicament'. Produced by fellow left-field guitar enthusiast Tim Presley, the janky arrangement of repetitive riffs, oscillating drones and tinkly piano parts form a somehow enjoyably deranged backdrop for Dylan Hadley's casual vocal style. The lyrics themselves are direct and satisfying, adding a sense of stability to the highly creative instrumentation, along with her incredibly tight drum work.
