Indigo Eyes is probably one of the most exciting producers currently active in electronic music. He is able to create danceable music without resorting to intense drops and excessive maximalism; his latest, ‘Where Were You’ is the perfect example of this. Deeply atmospheric and relaxed, he brings soft synths and delicate keyboard improvisation together with a minimalistic vocal sample to bring about an otherworldly, ethereal mood. Last year, he dropped the EP Close To You. Be sure to give that a listen while keeping an eye out for his new releases over the course of 2021. -Dan Peeke
