Fust have dropped the studio version of a live staple for the band, in the form of a cover of the oft-forgotten George Jones gem, ‘Choices’. The six-piece alt-country collective have added their own spin on the track’s already accomplished arrangement, with a bouncy, detailed instrumental providing the perfect underscore to Aaron Dowdy’s acrobatic vocal performance, which is completed by that perfect Southern twang. The band are about to undertake an extensive UK tour in early 2026, and will be self-releasing a 7” split with Merce Lemon. Be sure to check out what comes next for them. -Dan Peeke
