Chartreuse have announced their new album alongside the single ‘Fold’. It’s a love song at its core, defined by a shuffling drum pattern, the ringing of analogue synths and a slowly building layer of distorted guitar. They describe the track as “an odd little love song. It's about the desperation to make everything okay when the other person is navigating a tough patch. The feeling of being out of control and you can't instantly make everything better for them, trying to get it all back to normal as quickly as you can.” Keep an eye out for their second album, Bless You & Be Well, which is due for release on August 29th, 2025. -Dan Peeke
