FatCat Records has long been the home of any Brighton band worth their salt. Breathe Panel are one of these. With their self-titled debut album arriving this Friday (July 13th), the rising quartet have just shared another gloriously hazy piece of sun-soaked jangle pop by the name of 'The Time, Always'. Making a change from your typical lo-fi home video, the visuals for 'The Time, Always' take you on an exotic adventure around Vietnam's Hanoi, following two friends as they explore the city. The band explain,"We contacted Joey Bania after coming across one of his beautiful videos and we gave him free reign. We’ve never met in person and had no idea what he would send or where in the world he would be at the time of filming it. It was shot in Hanoi, Vietnam and follows a couple of guys we hope to meet one day”. -Holly Mullineaux
