Atlanta-based artist Bee Taylor's music spans various genres, including ambient, rap, neo-soul, and her new album FALLSTL3 is no exception. From the new album, the emotional 'Adulthood' is a stand-out track. Lo-fi in nature, it features a folky acoustic guitar and soft drum machine pulses, whilst Taylor's R&B infused vocals sing 'I don't feel like myself', with a glaze of luscious harmony. Taylor switches between singing and spoken/rap, offering a perfect balance of lyrical content and emotional expression. The track also features a spoken samples, and spine-tingling saxophone, instilling a grandiose sentiment that takes you to another place entirely.
