‘Breathe’ shows how Bad Sounds are able to keep developing their brilliantly unique sound. Taken from their upcoming (17^th January 2020) debut EP Escaping From A Violent Time Vol. 1, they describe the track as “about the inescapability of our own human nature. How we are destructive purely by existing, and it isn’t something we can help”. The track delivers its quirky sound through bouncy, distant production and reverb heavy instruments. The five-piece aren’t afraid to experiment with textures and timbres, with this tune helping to cement their place as a unique band in a time where it’s pretty hard to be unique. - Dan Peeke
