Connecticut-based artist ammar has revealed his tender new single, ‘you’ll make a fool out of me’. It’s a raw and honest cut that allows his voice to propel the track over a simple, warm guitar accompaniment. It brings together a diverse range of influences, from the captivating songwriting of Cocaine 80s during the track’s core, to the heavy atmospheres of Deftones for its hazy outro. On the creation of the song, which came from his collaboration and relationship with producer Kayhan Azadi, he explains: “Our relationship was a rollercoaster ride, and this song served as the soundtrack to it all. The beauty and the chaos harmonised frequently.
