If you’ve been following Bruno Major’s string of releases, you’ll have noticed a pattern starting to form; this London musician has been penning a new song for every full moon, gradually compiling an album set to drop in July 2017. His latest and seventh single is ‘Just The Same’, a rich, bluesy ballad of unconditional love and loyalty to the point of self endangerment. It puts Major’s songwriting craft, keys-laden sensitivity and that full, emotive voice in full view of the listener, who is able to tune into each lyric and instrumental use. Speaking about this bass-heavy, soul-touching track, Major relays that “Just The Same was written at midnight on the 2nd February 2017. I recorded it the next day, and that demo is what you hear now, 3 weeks later. It's an amazing feeling to be able to create and release so freely.
