Thanks to Polish producer Restrict Flavour you can keep that mood going a bit longer with his anti-week anthem ‘Weekend’. It’s an EDM track that will ease you into the party spirit with a chilled introduction of synth womp, gradually introducing elements like tinny beats and electronic claps, which then speed up, preparing the listener for the inevitable flight. The track continues in a manner of peaks and troughs, bright all-out club-floor crescendos and subdued electronics which allow guest vocalist, the Los Angeles based Henry [Jameson] Carr, to float his caramel tone to the top detailing all our weekend fantasies from the cheap perfume to pink dolphins to spending whole days in bed.
