Fresh of the back of a huge North American tour with Local Natives, Little Scream has just delivered the extraordinary video to her spacey single, ‘Silent Moon’. The video is as surprising and left-field as the track itself, and was inspired by Tsai Ming-liang’s film The Wayward Cloud. Little Scream’s interpretation features New Orleans drag queen Neon Burgundy serenading the moon from a swimming pool while dressed as a mysterious sea creature. The overall effect with this unexpected visual, directed by Kaveh Nabitian, is quite something, and enhances the other-worldly qualities of ‘Silent Moon’.
