Steering away from the heavy instrumentation we're used to expecting from them, American five-piece Young The Giant have stripped right back for new track 'Titus Was Born'. Part of a new album Home Of The Strange, available August 12th via Fueled By Ramen, less is definitely more as lead singer Sameer Gadhia's trembling falsetto edges them into Bon Iver territory. The album is to be accompanied by a creative visualisation, and the video for 'Titus Was Born' suggests they will all focus on the abstract. Clearly unwilling to stick to a formula, it's good to see the band experiment away from the norm. - SJ
