Berlin, via Brighton artist WEIRDO is making quite a name for himself. Today he releases ‘Attitude’ - the latest in a string of eclectic, wildly inventive single releases. On this latest cut WEIRDO sounds angry, but whilst ‘Attitude’ is a slight genre side-step in comparison to his output to date (previous cuts ‘Disco’, ‘Butter’, and ‘Armanio' are for the most part, electronically-spiced alt pop gems) - this latest track maintains the pop sensibilities that have brought him so much attention so far. "I've got some open wounds and they're all because of you" he spurts in the frantic chorus, to a fiery backdrop of energetic percussion and crushing guitars. WEIRDO has hit the nail on the head once again with 'Attitude' - confidently showcasing his ability to create pop music, with zero genre boundaries. Bravo, WEIRDO. -JC
