Transistorcake has dropped his latest EP Future Plans, five years after the Belgian producer appeared on the iconic Grand Theft Auto V soundtrack. ‘Kluts’ is the closing number on the explosive EP, avoiding the limelight but possibly providing even more of a punch than the other tracks. Warm strings and vibrant textures build over the 9-minute duration of the piece, while a driving rhythm creates a catchy, addictive rhythm underneath that gives the track cohesion. The jazz composition background of the producer can be seen in the tight tune, with live bass and drums complimenting the retro synths that make up the bulk of the melodic content. -Dan Peeke
