Terror Pigeon is the chirpy (see what I did there) synth-pop project of Neil Fridd. His third album We Will Never Run Out Of Love is coming out next month, and to mark this occasion, Fridd has teamed up with vocalist Kat Porter for the second time to give us their jovial new single 'Friends'. The lyrics are quirky and infinitely endearing including the lines, "Because of you I'm sleeping comfy, because of you I'm full of nachos, 'cos of you when I see bongos I say hey dude let me rock those." 'Friends' is a real feel-good bopper that comes straight from the heart, spreading good vibes with its bouncing beats, fizzing synths and totally genuine vocals. It's hard not to like this one. - HLMX
