Brooklyn's part-Columbian, part-Canadian pop queen Tei Shi announced she's teamed with brilliant British indie Double Denim, and Mom + Pop imprint Mermaid Avenue in the US, for the release of her new single 'Bassically' last Friday.

The track comes off hyper-caffeinated stacked next to her usually creeping aesthetics, with bold bubbly synths rising up, exploding, and showering down over Valerie Teicher's pristine, boisterous vocal.
