TEAR may be the most rock thing we've heard in a while. Signed to Tim Burgess' O Genesis label, you can see what we mean with new offering 'Begging'. Driven by heavy bass and charged drums, the instruments give a chunky backdrop on which to hang lead singer Camille Benett's spikey vocals. Channelling the likes of Karen O, she's certainly got the punk gift as she growls and howls her way through. There is plenty more where it came from too as the band release mini album VINYL01 today.
