LA natives Electric Guest are no strangers to the UK music scene. The duo, Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton, are now on their sophomore album Plural, and have earned themselves enough fans in the capital to upgrade their run of shows to the O2 Academy, Islington. If timing wasn’t perfect enough, they have just premiered the video for ‘Back For Me' - an upbeat number featuring a seriously snappy snare drum and elements of indie, vintage pop and R&B. The video is as perfectly produced as the music itself, featuring Taccone flitting between nightclub, roadtrip and stunning landscapes. Speaking about the video, the band say “One of the production people asked me after the first day, "is this video about what to do when the illusion doesn't fill you up?" "Or maybe it's just a strip club video?" I didn't answer her but I was glad those were the questions she was asking."
