Amer, Kalim and Josh - aka Strong Asian Mothers - have unveiled a brand new single from their forthcoming (brilliantly entitled) The Lynx Africa EP. The trio, who have been playing in bands and various projects together since childhood, marry hip-hop and alternative electro-pop influences to create their unique and wholly contagious sound. 'The More That I' pulsates with a carefree, gently comic attitude that runs through the veins of the London-based three. Bombastic trumpet lines, syncopated beats and skipping synth lines all come together in a recipe for wonderfully moreish and playful pop. High-profile support has already been coming from James Blake, Rob Da Bank, and Jameela Jamil and the band are set to bring their party-fuelled live show to the festival scene this summer.
