Snail Mail - the project of Baltimore native Lindsey Jordan - has announced her debut album Lush to be released via Matador Records on 8 June. Alongside the news comes 'Pristine'; a moving, impassioned slice of indie rock that is as moving and emotionally charged as it is garage-tinged and drenched in the DIY aesthetic that fans of the project will recognise from early release Habit. Jordan utilises an effortlessly charged vocal to paint a picture of unrequited love: "And if you do find someone better, I’ll still see you in everything / For always, tomorrow, and all the time" she cries in a cut that is as flawless as its name suggests. -G.O'B
