Slenderbodies have just dropped the ambient, textural anthem ‘Away From You’ through Avant Garden Records, who will also be releasing their debut album Komorebi on September 20^th 2019. The tune is an intimate, personal release from the duo of guitarists and producers, which includes soaring moments of falsetto and catchy refrains that will keep you returning to their unique songwriting style. Of the tune, the duo said, “In closing out the record, almost as an afterward if ‘Komorebi’ was a book, we decided to personify nature. it’s a neat perspective because, in terms of the story, we’re sitting in nature, but every “you” is referring to nature itself. we wanted to convey how in love we are with nature and the world at large that inspired this record.” - Dan Peeke
