Drawing influence from the dance floors of Berlin and Los Angeles, Norwegian electronic artist Sea Change (aka Ellen Sunde) has shared the icy lead track from her forthcoming new album. Due for release on the 15th of November, 'Stepping Out' is an aptly-titled introduction to Inside, which delivers a rich tapestry of pristine synthesizer work set against clattering, disjointed beats. Adopting elements of zoomorphism in the lyrics, there's a raw, animalistic feel to the track as Sunde snarls, "I hope my hooves will carry me...and let my skin turn into fur". Relieving the tension around the 2 minute 15 mark, an uplifting chord sequence takes over, providing an unexpected sense of euphoria as the track floats towards its ambient ending -Holly Mullineaux
