Enter PYØR; a Latvian singer from Riga who not only has a gorgeous voice but a real sense of rhythmic songwriting on new single 'Broke My Rules'. The infectious hook carries with it a story of making allowances in love and is addictive as the bad love she sings about. We love the huge range within the track, as it unfurls radically from measured to anthemic and swells to gigantic portions. We'd give her 12 points if this were Eurovision! - SJ
