Phantastic Ferniture is the brilliant new project of folk starlet Julia Jacklin. Teaming up with old friends Elizabeth Hughes and Ryan K Brennan, Phantastic Ferniture is Jacklin's self-described "alter-ego" project, which sees her stepping out of her often sad comfort zone to bring us retro-inspired, feel-good tracks that you can dance to. 'Fuckin 'n' Rollin' sees Jacklin's soaring, carefree vocal lines paired with an intoxicatingly steady bass and drum groove that harks back to the genius of some of Fleetwood Mac's best works. The excellent accompanying video hammers home the good vibes as the trio of friends dance their way through streets and parks like there's no tomorrow.
