With the sensory overload that is the festive holidays well and truly over, you’re most likely feeling ready to relax back into normality and therefore in need of an equally laid-back soundtrack. You’d struggle to find something more soothing than ‘Like You’, the latest track from London-via-Stevenage songwriter, producer and musician Kelvin Beyioku, aka OLWH, who describes himself as “a bedroom singer-songwriter hailing from Hertfordshire bringing you Indie, R&B, Soul and Bedroom Pop music.” A calming palette of sparse electronic beats and lo-fi, low key strings wander around the spacious soundscape of ‘Like You’, while pensive words are repeated by both Beyioku and Ryan Shaw-Hawkins, their vocals echoed and idle.
