Sometimes you don't have to shout loudly to make a bold statement, just ask brand new vocalist Ofelia K, whose track, 'White T-Shirt', has to go down as one of the sweetest debuts of the year thus far. She barely breaks from her steady, whispered cadence but there's an soothing authority to Ofelia's voice - with similar angelic textures as Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES and Verité. But just when you're lulled in with a deep affection, the soaring chorus breaks free in a wash of lilting guitars, spritely bobbing synths and all of Ofelia's woozy 'ohs' and 'ahs'.
