We've been following MUNA's progress for many months but new single 'Crying On The Bathroom Floor' may be their most hard hitting yet. All about the stomach punching shock of loss of abusive relationships, it feels like their timing is perfect as they pen an open letter regarding their staunch and clear views about the feminist issues surrounding Trump's inauguration and how the marginalised should stand together. The queer pop act don't let their politics take a back bench and it's refreshing to see a pop act not give a damn about pleasing the mainstream. The track itself is brushed with huge soaring synth clouts and is absolutely a Robyn level contender. This act have done the opposite of the track's title and have us dancing on the ceiling.- SJ
