South London favourites Madonnatron have announced their second album on Trashmouth Records (Fat White Family, Meatraffle, Warmduscher) and its appropriately lead track 'Sucker Punch' is a stonker. Opening with a wall of droning guitars and drummer Beth's tribal beats, bassist Charlie's powerful vocals channel Blondie's Debbie Harry before diving straight into a dizzying chorus. The track gets wilder throughout, with intricate group vocal lines and a face-melting solo, steeped in squelching wah-wah goodness.
