Having already crushed it once this year, with a hugely impressive debut track, 'It's Alright', London via Leeds pair MΛJIK are making another big play on 'Save Me', their new release via Akira Records. 'Save Me' doesn't stray hugely from the powerfully poignant downtempo blueprint of 'It's Alright', but what's evident is that the seven months that have elapsed since unveiling themselves to the world has fostered a confidence in MΛJIK; melodically, everything is that little bit more crisp and their twin vocals entwine as one striking hook over sultry beats and tender guitars.
