When Lizette and Quevin visited Leon Michels at his home in upstate New York, an impromptu recording session gave birth to 'Grow Forever', the first ever song from this top-notch pair who radiate vibes as harmonious and natural as Nico and Lou Reed. The B-side is an instrumental of the A-side encouragingly titled 'Now it's Your Turn To Sing'. The A-side 'Grow Forever' is produced by Leon Michels, features vocals and guitar by Qevin martin of Brainstory and vocals from talented ceramicist Lizette. Delicate guitar plucks introduce the song, followed by drums and bass that sink into a relaxed, 70's style groove, further ornamented by the gentle tones of a mellotron-style keyboard. In the chorus, the pair's vocals partake in reassuring call and response "you could grow forever, if you let yourself". Lizette's vocals have a timid, childish charm whilst Quevin's are stacked in expansive harmony that stretches his vocal range. Harmonised saxophones join for a solo, adding a joyful lift to the song.
