A gem in the Scandinavian music scene, Kleerup has released his latest dance-pop anthem in the form of ‘Lovers Table’. Musically, much of the song is built on a mesmerising bassline, but there is also space for minimalist influence and atmospheric moments to punch through the airy texture. The lead vocal provided by AlunaGeorge takes the track to another level, with soulful vocal acrobatics allowing interesting melodies to bring this one above your every day dance-pop number. On the collaboration Kleerup says, “I think we really nailed all the parts on this song, the vocals, the production and the whole team is perfect. I couldn't be happier to release this track as a sort of a comeback single”. This is the first single from what promises to be a brilliant new album, due for release at the end of 2019. - Dan Peeke
